How to check your real internet speed

Run the test from our speed test page. For an accurate reading:

• Connect your device with a cable, or stand close to the router
• Pause downloads and streaming on other devices
• Run the test two or three times and take the best result

If the numbers stay well below your package speed, call our support team and we will check the line.
